Questions
Is it free?
Bare Truth is free to download, and the Bare Basics deck is free to play. Turn-Ons, After Dark and The Morning After are one-time purchases inside the app, or the Bare Truth Pass unlocks every deck ($2.99 a month, $19.99 a year or $39.99 once, in the US). There are no ads.
How do I cancel the Pass?
A monthly or yearly Pass renews automatically until you cancel it, at least 24 hours before the period ends: on iPhone in Settings › your name › Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. It keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Does everyone need to buy the deck?
No. Only the host needs to own a deck: everyone in the host's game plays it free.
Can I buy decks on the website?
No. This website sells nothing. Decks are bought only inside the app, through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds go through them too.
I bought a deck on another phone.
Sign in with the same Apple or Google account and tap Restore purchases in Settings. Your decks come back.
How old do I need to be?
You need to be 18 or older. Bare Truth contains sexual content and is for adults only.
Who sees my answers?
Only the players in your game, when the answers are revealed. Answers are never posted anywhere else.
Do I need an internet connection?
Yes, every player needs a connection to play together.
I lost my connection in a game.
You have 30 seconds to come back. After that the creator can invite you back, and you keep your score.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings › Account › Delete my account. Or follow the steps on the account deletion page.
